Goal Setting

Hello BeGreat. Community it's BeGreat. Motivational Monday!

As January is coming to an end, what will be the goals you will want to accomplish in February? Each week write out two goals you'll focus on to achieve! When you have too many goals written out that can cause frustration, anxiety, and doubt, and you can get overwhelmed, you don't want to run yourself thin and lose motivation!

These goals will come alive when you put them on paper! So put these goals on a sticky note or in a journal so that you can see them daily! There are benefits to goal setting, and we put these reasons below as to why it is crucial to write out your goals!
