I recently had the opportunity to speak at Calhoun's in Maryville, TN. This speaking event was incredible! You could feel the energy in the room and how those employees at Calhoun's wanted to be fed with a message. We spoke about "Taking care of you." I pushed on the importance that taking care of you is the best gift and love you can give to yourself. The message was presented by delivering what I have been through in our journey and how it affected my life. Taking care of yourself is the key to a healthy, mentally, emotionally, and physically fit lifestyle. Remember that you come first in your life, and you have to take care of your daily needs in this life. Remember, you owe it to yourself to take care of yourself.
