We are changing it to BeGreat. 60-day lifestyle! Why a 60-day lifestyle? Because that should be the goal for any challenge, not just to Be Great for 30 or 60 days but to make it into a lifestyle. To make the changes sustainably so that you can keep the progress going once the challenge is over.

And another exciting part of the challenge this time around: We have partnered with Forever Fit Coaching. They will supply you with tools to help you achieve that next level of greatness!  The tools will be supplied with nutrition and workout plans to help guide you during the 60 days and beyond. So make sure to mark your calendars!
