Love Yours

What is self-love? Self-love is regard to one's well-being, joy, and happiness a person may bring to themselves. Was there ever a time you can remember in your life where you felt guilty for every decision you made? Did people tell you that you are selfish? When you take the time to love yourself, people and things become less important. Steps below to help you!

Step 1:

Fulfill your heart by falling in love with who you are and becoming. One quote that I love so much is "self-love is not selfish; you cannot truly love another until you know how to love yourself."

Step 2:

Falling in love with yourself is a process but a beautiful process. Remember this you have to destroy before you can elevate. Be patient with yourself because it will be a tough road ahead but well worth it journey. Be gentle in heart and tell yourself every day when you look in the mirror, "I am continuing to fall in love with you every day."

Step 3:

Be careful with social media and who you follow. Don't allow your heart and mind to fall in love with the people you are scrolling past. Don't fall into the trap of comparing yourself to others. When people post, you are only seeing the highlight of their life. Don't fall into that trap. When you reach your journey in life to others, you rob yourself of the love you so much deserve. Fall in love with who you are and become.

Step 4:
