This truthful Sunday, I want to discuss the fear of others not loving you, so you don't love yourself! Oh, Yes, I was that guy growing up! I wanted to love everyone. I had that fear, but as I've grown into the man I am today, that fear has slowly faded.

Growing up as a kid, I always thought I was to be perfect for people to love me! I feared I would be a nobody if I didn't conform to society!

I wanted everyone, including my family, to love me! I thought they had the same heart as me! I would chase them all because I liked their love! During that chase, I lost myself, and it was tough!

The hard truth I had to accept was that even if you are related, that doesn't mean a thing! The saying I always heard was "family over everything." That stigma is so flawed in many ways, and it took me time to learn how bad it was! Finally, I had to understand that the greatest love anyone would ever give me was the love I gave myself.

Whoever is reading this, fall in love with yourself first and chase people who are loyal and show you love no matter the circumstance you go through! That's the people you want to invest in! Stop wasting your time chasing their love cause all you're doing is self-destructing yourself! Learn from me; I am an example of that! Choose today to be the best within yourself, and love you!
